We provide the experience of working collaboratively, host the discussions about what made the work effective and how to replicate that, and support teams in designing and leading their own effective sessions.

Seeing systemically
We know that some situations and problems are simple, some are complicated, but some fall into the realm of the complex: in which multiple actors have dynamic interactions and adaptations which change the context in which they operate. This in turn influences their behaviours, which influences others behaviours, and thus the context, in a continuous stream of adaptations.
Working with systems, complexity and uncertainty, we bring methods and techniques for mastering the evolutionary potential of the current situation.
How – workshops with your team and involving its stakeholders to make sense together of the current situation and context, the desired future, and co-create a map and possible paths forward.
Collaborating across teams
We support your organisation in scaling mastery at an individual and team level to increase collaboration across departments and teams –
- from highly diverse multicultural teams to relatively homogenous mono-cultural ones, and
- from geographically-dispersed teams operating in a virtual environment to those based in a single location –
- or a combination of all of those.
How – workshops with teams around issues that matter to them jointly, in which they experience, create a shared understanding of the dynamics at play, and define how their collaboration could best work – for them and for the organisation

Therefore, we offer Open Programmes on everything from Appreciative Inquiry to Leadership Presence to World Cafe. We even host a three-day exploration of designing and hosting participatory events and cultures.
