Seeing the whole system:

Conduct a shared diagnostic; explore the patterns;
determine the simple rules that generate engagement,
shift the conditions to shift the patterns; move into adaptive action.
Coaching individuals and teams:
Dealing with the real (unconscious or conscious) barriers and obstacles to change (assumptions, beliefs, competing values, attitudes, etc.)
Developing the competence to deal skilfully and creatively with what is most important for you, while developing your capacity to:
- self-correct – noticing what’s happening, where this differs from your intentions, and being able to address it
- self-generate – developing your ability to continue to develop yourself beyond the duration of the coaching relationship
Designing and delivering events and workshops
Whether as part of a larger strategic engagement, or to take a group to a profoundly deeper level of work, we design and deliver workshops that transform how people see their roles and how they work together. Greater connection leads to greater alignment, and a heightened capacity to work with others – even if they are significantly different in terms of roles, personality, sectors, gender, and culture.
We work with groups from 5 – 500 to create understanding, possibility and aligned action.
Designing change processes that engage and inspire
Imposed change projects take extraordinary energy to implement. They can be designed instead to release extraordinary energy – focussed on improving the organisation -. We work with you and your teams to co-create the changes you need to see in ways that the organisation will not only accept, but embrace & thrive on. These programmes can be designed as small hot-spot initiatives, or as organisation-wide transformation over a considerable period. Or – as a series of small prototypes to test what works, and build on successes.
Training / Building capabilities initiatives
in process design, dialog processes, facilitation, coaching conversations, and organisational systems change approaches. This happens through a combination of on-site training/ facilitation, team and individual coaching, interspersed with normal work/practice, real-time learning and feedback loops in own work environment.
The trainings are highly experiential, focused on the issues your teams and organisation face, with a second-level of learning around how the processes/facilitation/conversation shifted the outcomes. The trainings help build reflective capacity, improve how people observe their world, and shift the focus to the smallest levers that bring you the change you want – so business isn’t interrupted, it’s supported.
