I partner with organizations and teams to enable true and sustained transformations across cultures and boundaries. I have worked as a Business Transformation manager, as well as a coach, project manager, facilitator and change catalyst, supporting multinational companies and international organisations bringing meaningful change to life – globally and regionally. I work with internal teams as well as multi-stakeholder groups, and specialise in facilitating organizational change, aligning teams and energies towards shared purpose, and developing collaborative cultures in multicultural contexts. I am a certified integral development coach and a member of the Society of Organizational Learning (SoL), Presencing Institute and Art of Hosting community. I speak English, French and German fluently, as well as some Spanish and Bahasa Indonesia.
I work with executives, executive teams, and entire organisations to deliver sustained alignment and heightened effectiveness. I have served as Director Communications; Environmental Affairs Director, Transformation and Customer Satisfaction Director, as well as coach, advisor, consultant and strategist to multinational companies and NGOs. I work with internal as well as supply chain transformation, and specialise in systems dynamics, large group facilitation, and meaningful change. I have a Masters in Public Administration from the Fels Center of Government, and Bachelors Degrees in Economics and Anthropology. I speak English, Italian and French fluently, German acceptably.
I support executives and teams in order for them to lead lasting change. With a background in international banking in risk management and being one of few Dutch women with a 4th Dan in Aikido, a modern Japanese Martial Art form, I combine my experiences into a unique methodology of embodying leadership principles, enabling my clients to increase their effectiveness in communication, leadership and cooperation. I work with internal teams as well as multi-stakeholder groups, facilitating meaningful change for small as well as large groups.
I have completed the Newfield Certified Coach Training Programme, am a team coach and member of the Art of Hosting community. I speak Dutch, English and French fluently, as well as some German.
I work with executives, teams and multi-national organizations as a coach and facilitator, designing and delivering customized processes to bring about transformational personal and leadership development. My trademark is “reaching” people, mindfully opening the cracks and holding space for depth and lightness; so that people can show up fearlessly and wholeheartedly and have meaningful conversations with sustainable outcomes. Originally a lawyer, I served as Project Management Officer & Change Manager in a leading global reinsurer before starting my business in 2003. I speak English, (Swiss-)German, French, Cantonese and Mandarin.
